Zaynab Khanum's sale document, 1917
Zaynab Khanum, the daughter of Najaf, sells two-thirds of a property located in Sirin farm, to Aqa Sadiq, the son of Mulla ‘Ali, in exchange for fourteen tumans. The note on the margin states that Aqa Sadiq has declared that the purchased property is co-owned with Husayn, the son of Baqir, thus he has transferred half of the property to Husayn in exchange for seven tumans.

Dispute over the ownership of a property, 1914
Mirza Ibrahim, the son of Mulla Ahmad, and Karbalayi Najaf have a dispute over the ownership of a property known as ‘Abd al-Rahman. Mirza Ibrahim claims that he has inherited the property from Zaynab Khanum and Najaf claims that he has purchased the property. Mirza Ibrahim agrees to settle the issue if Karbalayi Najaf is able to prove his transaction.

1- Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, transferred all of her inheritance from her father, including properties, a spring, houses, and household furnishings, to her brother, Husaynquli, in exchange for 15 tumans. 1- Ruqiyah Khanum and Sakinah khanum sell their share of inheritance, a large workshop, to the children of ‘Abbas for ten tumans (January 21, 1919); 2- Karbalayi Hasanquli, the son of ‘Abbas, divides the inheritance of Karbalayi Khalil among his children. Sakinah Khanum is given ten tumans for her share (June 3, 1919); 3- Riza, the son of Karbalayi Khalil, on his own behalf and on behalf of the underage children of Khalil, Muttalib, Ruqiyah Khanum, and Sakinah Khanum, sells the large workshop to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, the son of Mashhadi Ja‘far for 4 tumans.
